Hello: ) My name is Kathy.

I am an illustrator and picture book maker from Hong Kong, currently based in Cambridge.

After finishing a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and working as a business analyst in finance for several years,

I left my job to become a freelance illustrator in 2016. 

​

I am best known for my character ‘Little Half’ in Hong Kong.

It is a story about how a shy girl embraces her fears to become courageous.

​

I am interested in topics related to self-acceptance, human rights, bereavement, trauma and healing.

​

My biggest dream is to tell stories that create a connection with people through my illustrations.
